MEAT x BRICE GELOT

This collaboration with MEAT brings together food culture and photography through a shared language of street influence and visual identity.

Located in the heart of Dijon, MEAT is a new fast-casual concept inspired by American-style delicatessens, offering a focused menu built around quality meats and bold, accessible flavors in a dynamic, contemporary setting.
The project positions itself as an alternative to traditional fast food by emphasizing product quality, strong branding, and an immersive visual environment.

Our collaboration marks the launch of their new signature sandwich-burrito, created as a bridge between Mexican street references and MEAT’s deli-inspired approach. The special Carnitas Burrito – Meat x Brice Gelot combines pulled pork with chipotle mayo, rice, beans, corn, and pico de gallo, echoing flavors associated with Mexico City street food culture.

During the activation, a selection of photographs from Mexico by Brice Gelot is exhibited inside the restaurant space, transforming the venue into a hybrid environment—part dining experience, part visual installation. A limited-edition collaboration T-shirt was produced for the occasion, alongside collectible elements such as free stickers available to visitors.

To complete the takeover, the signature menu itself was co-branded with the Brice Gelot and NSD51/50 marks, embedding the collaboration directly into the functional design of the restaurant—where identity, object, and experience merge.

More than a food release, this project translates street photography into a living context: images leave the gallery wall and reappear in a place of movement, consumption, and encounter.
