RNST x BRICE GELOT

This collaboration with RNST brings together two creative practices rooted in urban culture and imagery, both originating from Dijon, France. RNST is street artist and sérigraffichiste whose work bridges graffiti, stencil, collage, and screen printing to explore social themes and contemporary visual languages. Beginning in the 1990s within alternative street scenes, RNST has continued to evolve across public space and studio expression, combining provocation and poetry in works that resonate beyond the gallery wall. For this project, three original pieces were created directly in dialogue with one of Brice Gelot iconic photographs — transforming the image’s visual power into new material forms that reflect both artists’ shared sensibilities. Each original interprets the source photograph through RNST’s distinctive street-informed aesthetic, blending energy and meaning in compositions that feel both immediate and contemplative.

Alongside the original works, a limited edition run of prints was produced exclusively for this collaboration, allowing a broader audience to engage with the fusion of our artistic voices. The result is a meeting of perspectives — photography and urban art intersecting to expand the life of a single photograph into multiple visual dimensions, rooted in the shared creative heritage of our hometown.
